Midtown & Design District Cannabis Delivery
Midtown and the Design District read as one neighborhood to anyone living in them, so we serve them as one — the Shops at Midtown, the galleries on NE 2nd Avenue, Palm Court and the low-rise streets of Buena Vista. Adults 21 and older, ID checked at the door.
Midtown & Design District
Midtown and the Design District sit shoulder to shoulder and read as one neighborhood to anyone living in them, so we serve them as one. GreenDrop covers the residential blocks around the Shops at Midtown, the galleries and flagship stores along NE 2nd Avenue, the courtyards around Palm Court, and the low-rise streets of Buena Vista behind them. Most orders arrive in well under an hour.
The housing here is mixed in a way that matters for delivery: mid-rise buildings with a front desk on one street, converted houses with a side gate on the next. Tell us which you are — the unit and floor, or the door and the gate — and the driver goes straight to it rather than circling a block that has no obvious entrance. Visitors staying in a rental near Palm Court are handled the same way: name a meeting point and the handoff takes a moment.
The catalog suits an evening that starts with a gallery and ends on a terrace. Premium indoor flower and hand-rolled pre-rolls for a night in; THC vapes and disposables that carry easily between a dinner and a rooftop; carefully dosed edibles and gummies for a long evening with no smoke and no smell; concentrates and live resin for those who know exactly what they want. Everything is lab-tested and clearly labeled.
A local note: opening nights in the Design District and weekend evenings around Midtown fill every parking space in the district. On those nights, order earlier and expect to meet the driver at the curb rather than in a garage.
Delivery is for adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID, verified at the door. No medical card, referral, or registry is required under Florida's hemp-derived framework. Consumption stays private: public use remains illegal in Miami-Dade, so enjoy your order at home or on your own terrace rather than in Palm Court or on the sidewalks of NE 2nd Avenue.

Midtown & Design District delivery — common questions
- How fast is delivery in Midtown and the Design District?
- Most orders arrive in well under an hour — the district sits close to our core routes and is quick to reach at almost any time of day. Gallery openings and weekend evenings are the exception, when parking disappears entirely and the driver may need to meet you at the curb. Live tracking runs from checkout to handoff either way.
- Do you serve both Midtown and the Design District?
- Yes, and Buena Vista behind them. They function as one neighborhood for anyone who lives there, so we cover them as a single zone with the same window and the same menu — from the residential blocks around the Shops at Midtown through the galleries on NE 2nd Avenue to the low-rise streets north of Palm Court.
- Is a medical card required to order here?
- No. GreenDrop operates under Florida's hemp-derived legal framework, so there is no card, no physician referral, and no registry involved. You need to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID, which the driver verifies at handoff. That applies equally in a mid-rise with a front desk and a converted house with a side gate.
- What does GreenDrop carry for Midtown?
- Premium flower, hand-rolled pre-rolls, THC vapes and disposables, edibles and gummies, and concentrates and live resin, plus magic-mushroom gummies. Everything is lab-tested and labeled with its potency. Vapes and edibles move quickest here, which fits a neighborhood where the evening usually involves leaving the apartment at some point.
