Express: 60 Minutes or Less

Select express delivery at checkout and your order departs within minutes of confirmation. In our core zones — Brickell, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables — delivery is typically under an hour. Express is available at all hours and carries no surcharge.

Scheduled Windows

When you know your plans, let the delivery conform to them. Our scheduled option offers one-hour and two-hour arrival windows throughout the day. Select the window that suits your afternoon or evening, and your courier will arrive within it — no approximations, no ambiguity.

Factors That Shape Timing

• Zone proximity: Deliveries to extended zones trend toward the outer edge of the window, while core zones are typically well under an hour
• Peak hours: Friday and Saturday evenings see elevated demand; we staff accordingly but recommend ordering early when speed is essential
• Weather: Miami's afternoon storms occasionally add a few careful minutes to a route, though service is never suspended for rain

When our on-time rate falls short of expectation — however rarely — we proactively notify you with a revised estimate. You will never be left wondering. And if we exceed our 60-minute window, we include a complimentary pre-roll with your order as acknowledgment of the delay.
