How Do I Cancel an Order?
We understand that plans shift. GreenDrop makes the cancellation process as graceful as every other aspect of our service.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
If your order has not yet been assigned to a courier, cancellation is immediate and complete. Simply contact our concierge team, reference your order, and we will process the cancellation without question. If you paid via wallet, your balance is restored instantly. Cash orders require no further action.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation
After a courier has been assigned, the situation requires more nuance. Your order may already be packed and in transit. Contact us as quickly as possible — if the courier has not departed, we can typically still cancel. If they are already en route, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a partial credit or rescheduling the delivery.
Refund Policy
GreenDrop-initiated cancellations — due to stock issues, unforeseen delays, or service disruptions — always result in a full refund or wallet credit at your preference. Client-initiated cancellations before dispatch receive the same treatment. Post-dispatch refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances, but our default posture is always to find a fair resolution.
Cancellation for Quality Concerns
If you wish to cancel because a product did not meet your expectations upon delivery, please refer to our product concerns process. We take quality seriously and will always make it right. Our concierge team has full authority to issue replacements, credits, or refunds when the situation warrants.
Preventing Unwanted Cancellations
To avoid needing to cancel, we recommend double-checking your delivery address, reviewing your cart carefully, and selecting a delivery window that aligns with your schedule. Our order confirmation screen provides a final opportunity to review every detail before you commit.
