If your order has not yet been assigned to a courier, modifications are effortless. Reach out to our concierge team via text or phone, let us know what you would like changed, and we will update your order immediately. Your revised confirmation arrives within moments, and your delivery window remains unaffected in most cases.
After Dispatch
Once a courier has been assigned and is preparing your order for transport, modifications become more complex — but not impossible. Contact us immediately and we will assess the situation. If your courier has not yet departed, we can often still accommodate changes. If they are already en route, we will explore alternatives, including scheduling a supplementary delivery for any additions.
Common Modifications
- Adding items: Easily done pre-dispatch. We will recalculate your total and confirm.
- Removing items: No problem. Removed items are deducted from your total immediately.
- Swapping products: Subject to availability. We will confirm the substitute before finalizing.
- Changing delivery address: Possible pre-dispatch, provided the new address falls within our service area.
- Adjusting delivery window: We will reschedule to your preferred time, subject to courier availability.
