How Are Orders Packaged?
Packaging is the final touchpoint before your GreenDrop experience reaches your hands. We approach it with the same care and intentionality that defines every other aspect of our service.
Discreet Exterior
Our delivery packaging bears no visible cannabis branding, product descriptions, or identifying marks on the exterior. To any observer, it appears as an ordinary delivery. This discretion is maintained regardless of the contents — flower, edibles, concentrates, or accessories all receive the same treatment.
Tamper-Evident Sealing
Every package is sealed with tamper-evident closures that make it immediately apparent if the package has been opened or altered during transit. When you receive your delivery, the intact seal confirms that your order has not been accessed since it left our facility.
Climate-Conscious Design
Miami's heat and humidity can degrade product quality rapidly. Our packaging includes thermal insulation for temperature-sensitive items like edibles and certain concentrates. Flower is packed in humidity-controlled containers that maintain optimal moisture levels during transit. These measures ensure that your products arrive in the same condition they left our storage.
Interior Presentation
Inside the outer packaging, your selections are arranged with care. Each item is individually secured to prevent movement and damage. Product labels are visible for easy identification, and any included documentation — receipts, promotional materials, or personalized notes — is placed neatly within.
Sustainability
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Our packaging materials are selected for recyclability and minimal waste. We continuously evaluate our materials to identify more sustainable alternatives without compromising product protection or client experience.
Feedback Welcome
If you have suggestions for improving our packaging — whether for environmental, practical, or aesthetic reasons — we welcome them. Our packaging evolves based on client feedback, and your input directly informs our decisions.
